GABRIELLE DAVIS, MPH, MA, LPC, NCC, RRT, TTS, FAARC
Founder and Counselor
I am the Founder of Equitable Counseling and Consulting, where I provide telehealth counseling in Idaho and Michigan, coaching, and consulting services around the world. I earned a Master’s of Public Health degree from Grand Canyon University (2016) and a Master of Arts in Counseling degree from Boise State University (2020).

I approach counseling from an intersectional feminist lens; this involves elevating equity and equality across all areas of life regardless of individual variables. I believe that all humans have intersecting identities that impact outcomes in one’s day-to-day life. It is also my unyielding belief that social behavior and societal customs have a role in human behavior which is contrary to traditional models of human behavior. My goal is to travel with you on your journey to wellness and encourage you to remain steadfast in prioritizing yourself, your boundaries, and your mental health.
Fostering a positive therapeutic relationship with each person is the foundation of treatment. It is imperative to meet all therapeutic partners where they are and create a treatment plan that is tailored to meet their needs. I strive to work alongside my therapeutic partners while working toward resolution and creating opportunities for growth.
As a Black, Queer individual, I am passionate about community healing and specialize in clients who are Black, Brown, and/or are members of the LGBTQAAI2S+ community. I am committed to creating an accessible and equitable counseling space for the communities I serve.
My areas of expertise include depression and anxiety, identity issues, coming out, transitioning, strengthening relationships, addressing barriers and oppression, increasing self-esteem and confidence, support during times of changes and loss, and finding balance in life and strength within yourself.
